Itinerary

DAY 1


Gold Coast

Arrive in the city of Brisbane and shuttle straight to Gold Coast, a city as colorful and merry as any can get. Check in to your hotel and spend the day saving up energy, you will need loads for the coming week!

DAY 2


Movie World

Hope you have rested enough the previous day. Quickly grab a bite for breakfast and get ready for a day of complete merriment at the Warner Brothers Movie World!! If Disneyland showed you Mickey Mouse and Goofy, this place will show you Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck. Not only these, you will relive and be a part of movies you have grown up watching! From Batman to Harry Potter to Superman, this place will be teeming with familiar characters for adults as well as children alike. Enough talk, go and check the place out for yourself and you wouldn’t want to come out!

DAY 3


Queensland University, Coca Cola factory

Fuel up and head back to Brisbane for a visit to the St Lucia campus of Queensland University. Highly ranked amongst the research institutes, the university is the oldest and largest in Queensland. From agriculture to economics to music, students are offered a wide choice of courses to pursue for their under graduation and post graduation. Visit the campus and meet the students to get an understanding of the life here, very soon you to may be part of the university!

After an education visit, we move to one of the largest bottling facilities of Coca Cola in Australia. Walk through the factory floor as you see millions of empty bottles coming out filled with Coca Cola and shipped all across the continent. Enjoy an evening of this fizzy drink while you store up all the knowledge in the making of it!

DAY 4


Sydney, Sea Life Aquarium

Have your breakfast and check out to transfer to the capital of New South Wales, Sydney via flight. Check in to your hotel and take a deep breath for the marvels we will visit in the remainder of the day.

We proceed then to a place which houses creatures not accessible to most of us. The Sea Life aquarium is home to over 700 species of animals from across Australia. With 14 themed zones, you will see animals as they might have lived in their natural habitat. Besides sharks, manta rays and platypuses, the highlight is the two dugongs which form part of the 6 on display in the world!

DAY 5


Melbourne Cricket Ground, Royal Exhibition Building

Have your breakfast and say good bye to the city as we fly to yet another important place in the country, Melbourne, a name which resounds with many familiar with cricket. Check in to your hotel and get ready for a fun day.

Our first visit has to be to one of the most well known cricket venues in the world, the Melbourne Cricket Ground. From the players’ changing room to walking on the arena, get a chance to feel the very experience that some of the finest players have had!

We then drive through the magnificent Royal Exhibition Building that has existed since 1880. It continues hosting exhibitions and became the first building in Australia to be recognized as a world heritage site by UNESCO. Enjoy the rest of the day relaxing.

DAY 6


Yakult factory visit, Melbourne Art Centre

Have your breakfast and prepare for a factory tour of Yakult, one of the leading names in dairy product beverages. Famous for their probiotic drinks, it is consumed by many for the taste as well as the nutrition. The tour will take you through a presentation of the company’s products by their staff along with a complimentary bottle of the drink. This will be followed by a walkthrough of the entire production process where a high level of automation will be noted.

After a highly educational visit in the earlier part of the day, we visit the largest theatre of Australia, the Melbourne Art Centre where like the Sydney Opera you get to back stage and see the mechanics of running a show. But we have something more for you here, a practical workshop that teaches you the concepts and techniques of acting. This is certain to kindle a theatrical interest in you which may grow to something big later on!

DAY 7


Farm, Phillip Island

Our last day in the country is reserved for some natural beauty and hands on experience with animals that we see only in textbooks and TV shows. We begin the day by visiting a farm in the countryside off Melbourne for a typical farm adventure. The hundred year old homestead is home to many native Australian animals such as kangaroo and wombats! The tour includes wagon rides, cow milking, sheep dog demonstration, baby animal nursing and much more!

From getting hands on in a farm, we proceed to Phillip Island, a place where many gather every evening to see little penguins marching casually. The island features spectacular scenery and a great number of Australian wildlife. Our trip’s end could not get any better!

Spend the evening taking a break from all that you have done in the past week and recollect stories to tell your folks back home!
