Welcome the day with a visit to one of the most well known educational institutes in the country. We will be participating in a workshop on a management topic aimed at providing global exposure and a glimpse into international education to you.

Next, we visit the most famous attraction of the country, Sentosa  Island, one of the most talked resorts in Asia that welcomes over 20 million people each year. With its wide range of attractions, there is little chance a person of any age group might get bored. Also visit the Underwater World Oceanarium where you can venture into the ocean depths via a moving travellator that ferries you through an 83-metrelong acrylic tunnel and then experience the Dolphin Show. Later enjoy a one way cable car ride in this resort before you prepare to be spellbound by ‘Wings of Time – a show of characters, sound, light and laser extravaganza.

The course will leave you enriched with a never-before experience and certificate of participation.

Next up is a very interesting and unusual visit. The Singapore Water Reclamation Study (NEWater Study) is an initiative to determine the suitability of using NEWater (subject to permission being granted by the company) as a source of raw water to supplement Singapore’s water supply (a practice known as Planned Indirect Potable Use, or IPU). NEWater is treated used water that has undergone stringent purification and treatment process using advanced dual-membrane (microfiltration and reverse osmosis) and ultraviolet technologies. From interactive tour to educational workshops, the NEWater Visitor Centre promises a fun-filled and enriching time for everyone. Take a stroll through the gallery, understand the science behind NEWater and experience what it’s like to be a water molecule undergoing treatment!

Later we check out the famous Tiger Brewery (subject to availability) in a visit that takes us through the history of the company and also the process through which the beer is made. This is a must visit for all tourists alike for the depth of information at the centre and the highly automated process in the manufacturing

One more site that shows the strength behind Singapore’s development through the waterways is the Singapore Maritime Gallery. The 1000 sq m gallery showcases the country as a major hub port with scale models and their workings. A great insight into the industrial progress awaits here.

Our day begins with The Esplanade Theatre, a 60,000 square metres performing arts centre located in Marina Bay near the mouth of the Singapore River. Named after the nearby Esplanade, it consists of a concert hall which seats about 1,600 and a theatre with a capacity of about 2,000 for the performing arts. We go on a tour that takes us through not only the history behind this architectural marvel but also the back-stage operations that handle some of the biggest live performances in this part of the world

In the afternoon we head to the interactive visitor centre of Royal Selangor, the world’s largest pewter maker tracing its roots to Malaysia. You will get to learn about the rich history of the brand, the science behind the material and the processes of making a pewter item.

Later, in the evening, we proceed to Gardens by the Bay. Featuring the best of horticultural, sustainability and architectural design, this attraction is filled with wonders from every continent except Antarctica

You have the morning and afternoon at leisure to enjoy the city. Don’t forget to check out some of the shopping areas to pick up souvenirs for folks back home!
